Eligibility:
The maximum AFFCF can consider funding for K-11 school pictures is $50 or senior pictures for $200. Student must be currently enrolled in grade school/middle school/high school.
Documentation:
Documentation is required beforehand showing cost and vendor name. If submitting for senior pictures, please include the student’s current transcript.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. Frequency: 1X per year
